The Journey


My path has been defined by a constant drive to bridge gaps—between data and creativity, between global markets, and even between languages.  

From the Alps to the Atlantic
Born in the heart of the Italian Alps, I grew up surrounded by a culture that values craftsmanship and precision. When I first arrived in the United States, I faced the immediate challenge of navigating a new professional landscape while my English was still developing. This led me to start my career in highly technical roles, focusing on the “language” of data and execution where I could prove my value through measurable results. This period was foundational, teaching me the granular mechanics of Search, Social, and Programmatic advertising from the ground up.  

Building a Multilingual, Multi-Channel Foundation
As my fluency in English grew to match my native Italian and fluent Spanish, so did my professional scope. I moved from technical analysis into strategic leadership at Publicis Groupe, where I eventually oversaw the Meta Quest advertising portfolio and integrated complex, full-funnel strategies across everything from TV and CTV to e-Retail and Affiliate channels.  

Leading the Americas for Dolce&Gabbana
In 2023, I took on the challenge of establishing the Dolce&Gabbana Beauty Media Department for the Americas. Starting as a founding member, I scaled the team to seven professionals and was promoted to lead three critical divisions: Media, Digital, and CRM. Today, based in Miami, I architect omnichannel strategies that drive growth across North America and LATAM, ensuring that luxury brand heritage meets cutting-edge, data-driven performance.
